General terms and conditions (GTC)
Terms for bookings
1. Booking: If possible, book complete weeks. Following your reservation request, you will receive a confirmatory letter including your campsite number.
2. Payment: Your booking will only be considered as binding, if you make an advance payment of 100,00€ within one week. For stays shorter than one week, the advance payment amount is 50,00€. The remaining amount is due two days after arrival.
3. Arrivals and departures: The booked camping site will be available by no later than 15 h on arrival day and has to be left before 11 h on departure day. Gates are closed between 1 pm and 3 pm, therefore arrivals and departures during this period are impossible. Attention – in case of major delays please contact us immediately, as the camping site will only remain reserved until 11 am on the following day.
4. Cancellations: A. Before the agreed arrival date, the received advance payment of 50,00 or 100,00€ will be retained as cost reimbursement. B. After the beginning of the agreed arrival date, camping site fees except for personal and extra fees are binding. who return to the campground after a departure, will be provided with an equivalent campsite.
5. Errors: We reserve the right to correct any booking errors, printing errors or calculation errors.
6. If single articles of this contract are void or ineffective, they apply correspondingly.
All other contract terms remain in force in each and every case.
7. Place of jurisdiction: Place of jurisdiction for both parties is 23758 Oldenburg / OH
